Benik Afobe - Arsenal and England's new hope!

Much has been said about the Young Gunners coming up through the ranks for both Arsenal and indeed England. We have seen the likes of Jack Wilshere, Kieran Gibbs, Henri Lansbury and Jay Emmanuel Thomas.
Now there is another name of everybody’s lips. Benik Afobe. The young striker capture the attention of the British media with a sensational hattrick for the England U19’s in the 4-0 demolishing of Cyprus.  It was the 17 year old’s fourth goal in two matches after hitting the last goal in England 6-1 defeat of Albania. He also laid on two goals for his teammates in that match despite only coming on in the last twenty minutes.

Arsene Wenger has clearly earmarked Afobe for greatness in the near future and Le Professor has come out to say that Afobe “has nothing left to learn technically”. I am certain we would see Afobe making his an appearance for the senior squad sometime this season.

Until then, I found this video of the young prodigy so I thought I would just share it.
